This was the first time for a stop in this port city, so nobody knew what to expect. After all the hustle bustle of the last few ports of call,it was nice to be in a nice relatively quiet place. The sail in was beautiful this morning with the sun coming up over the mountains. We are docked at the pier that was built for the Star Cruise lines which is a gambling boat, it is nice not to be in a commercial port. The locals provided a shuttle bus to town which was about a 15 minute ride, they had a very nice beach and lots of shopping. Kelly bought some new clothes and I stocked up on some more rum at the duty free shop. It is really hot here, I wish we had brought our bathing suits to take a dip in the ocean, it looked so inviting. This is another mostly Muslim country with the women all dressed in their burkas and in this heat! Next stop Thailand.
